Prior to founding InventIP Legal Services LLP, Ankush worked as a Senior manager for CPA Global, India. At CPA, apart from managing in-house IP portfolio and client engagement, he was responsible for training and mentoring a team of lawyers and engineers tasked to research IP law across the globe to optimize a suite of docketing and renewal management software. Prior to joining CPA global, he headed the patent drafting and prosecution team at IPpro, India (Patent outsourcing affiliate of Nishith Desai Associates) and was instrumental in creating an expert team of patent engineers from ground up. Ankush has handled clients (some of these being Fortune 500 companies) from across borders such as US, EU, Japan, China, Korea, Australia, and India.

In December 2016, he co-founded InventIP Legal Services LLP after dropping out from an LLM course at the University of California, Berkley. By now, he has successfully served numerous MNCs, foreign law firms, start-ups, individual inventors, universities, and NGOs.

Ankush is a health-conscious person who loves music, indulging in friendly banter, and adventure activities. In the office, you will either find him sharing a laugh with his team or glued to his laptop wearing his headphones. When he is not working, he can be found at a gym or trekking in the mountains.
