Balvinder holds a postgraduate degree in Communication and Signal Processing from IIT Jammu. He has expertise in antenna design, RCS reduction, and Satellite-IoT systems. At InventIP, he is involved in drafting and prosecuting patent applications across Indian, US, EP, Canadian, and Singapore jurisdictions.

Previously, he worked as a Junior Research Fellow at ABV IIITM Gwalior on advanced antenna designs.
