Nishtha is a postgraduate in Biotechnology with hands-on research experience in molecular biology and clinical genetics, including SCN1A gene mutation studies. She currently works on biotech and pharma innovation projects as a Research Associate at InventIP.

She has also held leadership roles in environmental and biotech clubs and contributed to education and healthcare initiatives.

In her free time, she enjoys reading and dancing.
