Sakshi is a Patent Associate and has over 1.6 years of experience in Patent Drafting and Prosecution. She holds dual degrees in Engineering and Law from Sharda University and the University of Delhi, respectively. Specializing in Intellectual Property Rights, she brings a unique blend of technical insight and legal expertise to the field of patents and trademarks. Beginning her career in civil litigation, working across various chambers of Advocates and Senior Advocates in Delhi. Her foray into IPR began as a Patent Associate at Perfexio legal Law Firm. Presently, she oversees a wide range of national and international patent portfolios at InventIP, with a strong focus on Patents drafting and prosecution in areas such as computer science and software-related invention.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, debating, reading, playing badminton, and classical dance.
