Prior to working in InventIP, Srishti has worked in Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan as a Patent Analyst and has performed prior art search including patentability search, Landscape, and Freedom-To-Operate (FTO) search on Derwent database, prepared written submission for held hearings, prepared responses for First Examination Reports and also written, proofread, and edited technical reports. She also prepares draft specifications including claims and drawings and engages with clients to collect Invention Disclosures.

Srishti loves to cook new cuisines and experimenting with her culinary skills. Apart from cooking, she likes travelling to different places in her free time to disconnect from the loud city life.
